Our products
Every item is printed to order through US print-on-demand partners. Because each piece is made individually, slight variations in print placement and color are normal, and colors may render differently on different screens. Size charts are provided in every listing; please review them before ordering.

Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an error, suspected fraud, or a problem we can't resolve. Order changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins — email us immediately if you need one.

Returns & refunds
Handled per our Return & Refund Policy: free replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, misprinted, or lost items; no returns for sizing or change of mind on made-to-order goods.

Intellectual property
Every design sold here is original work created by HKitty Enterprises. All designs, artwork, phrases, and images are the property of HKitty Enterprises and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Purchasing a product grants no right to reproduce, resell, print, or distribute any design in any form. If you'd like to license or collaborate, email us — we're friendly.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HKitty Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
