Shipping policy

Every HKitty Enterprises item is printed to order at US production facilities through our print-on-demand partners — nothing ships from a warehouse shelf.

Timing
Production takes 2–5 business days. US delivery typically takes another 3–8 business days after that, so most US orders arrive within 5–13 business days total. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Multi-item orders
Different items sometimes print at different facilities, so your order may arrive in more than one package. If part of your order lands first, the rest is close behind — check your tracking links.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — items go into production quickly, and we can only change an address before printing begins. Email hello@hkittyenterprises.com immediately if you spot a mistake. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or returned to sender as undeliverable, may require a reprint at cost.

Where we ship
hkittyenterprises.com currently ships to US addresses only. Outside the US? The full catalog is available in our Etsy shop, which supports international delivery: etsy.com/shop/HKittyEnterprises.

Lost or stalled packages
If tracking shows your package lost or stuck, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date — we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, per our Return & Refund Policy.
