Refund policy

Every HKitty Enterprises item is printed to order, just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. Because of that, we handle problems with free replacements and refunds instead of traditional returns, and you never need to ship anything back to us.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item — we fix it free
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@hkittyenterprises.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. No return shipping, no repackaging, no hassle.

Lost in transit
If tracking shows your order lost or stalled, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll replace it free or refund you in full.

Wrong size or change of mind
Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind — there's no warehouse to send anything back to. Please check the size chart in each listing before ordering (crewnecks and hoodies run roomy). If a size does miss, email us anyway — we'll always try to work something out.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as free replacements for the qualifying issues above, rather than item swaps.

Non-refundable
Gift cards and clearance items are non-refundable. Custom or personalized orders can't be returned, but are always covered by the free replacement policy for defects and damage.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank or card company may take a few additional days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email hello@hkittyenterprises.com.

Outside the US?
This store ships within the United States only. International orders are available through our Etsy shop, where returns and consumer rights follow Etsy's policies for your region.
