How long does an order take?
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, then shipping takes 3-8 business days within the US. Total: most US orders arrive in 5-13 business days.
Are the designs original?
Yes. Every design is created in-house by HKitty Enterprises in Photoshop: original wording and original artwork, never copied from other shops.
How do the shirts fit?
Unisex sizing. Tees (Bella+Canvas 3001) fit true to size with a modern cut. Crewnecks and hoodies (Gildan 18000/18500) run roomy and cozy. Size down for a fitted look or stay true for the relaxed fit. Each listing includes a size chart.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free. Print-on-demand items can't be restocked, so we fix problems with reprints rather than returns.
Can I request a custom version of a design?
Yes. Message before ordering. Color swaps, wording tweaks, or a different garment are usually possible; custom work adds a few days to production.
Where is HKitty Enterprises located?
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Orders print at US facilities through Printify's network.
